Soy Sauce Chicken Nusantara

on this occasion we will cook typical dishes from the Indonesian archipelago, namely chicken sauce. On this occasion I will share the recipe to friend everything. let's just let us get started, before we begin the material must be available before ya friend.

  • Ingredients
  1.      1/2 kg of chicken, cut into 6 parts, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, mix well 
  2. 4 cloves crushed garlic
  3.  1/2 knuckles crushed ginger.
  4.   Long cut onions 1/2 grains. 
  5. 2 stalks scallions, cut into oblique 
  6. 5 tablespoons Bango soy sauce Spicy Sweet Savory
  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  8.  1/4 teaspoon salt
  9.  1 tomato, cut length 
  10.  100 ml water   
  11. Taste cooking oil for frying
  12. 1 tablespoon margarine, for sauteing
  •  How to cook
  1. Heat oil, fry chicken in hot oil until cooked but not dry, remove and set aside.  
  2. Heat margarine, saute ginger and garlic until fragrant, then enter the onions and saute until wilted. 
  3. Add chicken, stir briefly. 
  4. Add soy sauce Spicy Sweet Savory , water, salt, pepper, stir-fry until cooked. Enter tomatoes and onions, stir briefly, lift.  
  5. Serve warm.
